My programs are customised for each individual after they undergo a structural balance assessment. For my athletes, I utilize the Athlete Activation System for my athletes. I do not provide one-size fits all programs. It depends on where I see your muscular imbalances to be on initial intake, then I calibrate a program that suits you and your ultimate goals and nutrition requirements.

Alan designed two 4-week workout regimes for me during the initial lockdown in the UK. What impressed me the most about the workout regimes was that they were specifically designed for the limited equipment and space that I had available to me. Alan constantly checked in with me to understand my progress and how the regimes worked with my fitness goals.
